Founders: 

Tomasz Lewandowski

CEO

Graduated from Akademia Górnicza in 2004. Software Architect / Technical
Manager with fifteen years of experience in Automotive – Tier 1 product Engineering. Worked for Delphi, Elektrobit, e-solutions and Aptiv. In 2020 founded Goodware to continue his passion for building software and electronic products for modern cars and trucks.

Bartłomiej Omiotek
COO

Graduated from Politechnika Krakowska & AGH in 2018. Started career in industrial automation middle of his studies, then switched to embedded hardware & software development. Worked on HW & SW designs for Tier-1 suppliers up to production launch in both areas. Co-founder of Goodware.

Cezary Manista
CTO

Graduated from Politechnika Gdańska in 2000. Worked as a software engineed at Motorola, then for more than a decade as a software engineer and general manager at Camlin Technologies Poland. After couple of years as lead software architect at Aptiv joined Tomasz and Bartłomiej to build the Goodware team.
